What motivated you to live and work in Vermont? As a civil engineer in a small state like Vermont, you are able to work on a wide variety of projects and work closely with clients across various industries.  Not to mention, I grew up here and married my high school sweetheart Cassie, where we live in our hometown with our 1 year old daughter Chiara and our dog Dalton.
