Career Highlights: The career highlight I’m most proud of is launching and growing CW Creative into an award-winning women-owned design and print studio in Vermont while also collaborating with Eternity to create beautiful, effective websites. I’m especially proud of helping small businesses authentically tell their stories and of generating over $2.9 million in referrals through my work as a BNI Ambassador.
Community Involvement: My community involvement includes serving as an Ambassador with BNI Vermont for over six years, connecting hundreds of professionals and fostering millions in referral revenue. I mentor women in business and stay active locally with the numerous nonprofit collaborations. I’ve also led community campaigns like Barre Strong and Vermont Loves, and provided pro bono design, web, and printing services to strengthen visibility and growth for countless nonprofits and local events.
What motivated you to live and work in Vermont: I was motivated to live and work in Vermont by Vermont’s close-knit community, natural beauty, and entrepreneurial spirit – and the chance to grow alongside inspiring small business owners keeps me rooted here.
What is the best career advice: The best career advice I have received is “Done is better than perfect.” Progress and connection matter more than perfection.
What three words best describe you: Three words that best describe me are Connector, Creative, Driven
What is your favorite smell: My favorite smell is coffee!
If you had unlimited access to funds, which cause(s) would you support: The cause I would support is supporting women entrepreneurs, small business development, and local community revitalization projects.
